Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Services

Marediroso provides web development and AI solution services. Payment and timelines are discussed individually and fixed in the contract.

2. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for the results of AI generators (text, images), as they are the product of neural networks. The user typically uses results at their own risk.

3. Intellectual Property

All code and design developed by us transfer to the client's ownership upon full payment, unless otherwise stated in the contract.

4. Prohibited Use

It is prohibited to use our AI services to generate illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
